1. Acceptance

By creating a Lazo account or using lazo.wedding (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.

2. Your account

You’re responsible for your account and for keeping your password secure. A couple’s account may be shared by both partners and, where enabled, a wedding planner you invite. You’re responsible for everything done under your account.

3. Your content and your guests’ data

You own the content you add — your wedding details, guest list, and RSVPs. You grant Lazo the limited licence needed to host and display it to run the Service (for example, showing your landing page to guests).

When you add guest information, you confirm you may share it with us for this purpose. Handle your guests’ personal data responsibly; see our Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

Don’t use Lazo to send spam, upload unlawful content, infringe others’ rights, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

5. Payments

Paid plans and any gift/registry features will be described at the point of purchase. Fees, trials, and refund terms shown there form part of these Terms.

6. Availability and disclaimers

We work hard to keep Lazo running but the Service is provided “as is”, without warranties. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Termination

You can stop using Lazo anytime. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms. On closure, we handle your data per our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Contact us first — we’d rather resolve things directly.
